We sow the future with Maison Fenestraz
A living commitment to the land, the community, and sustainable hospitality
At Maison Fenestraz, we believe that true hospitality is also cultivated. At our Argentine estates — Estancia El Colibrí in Córdoba and House of Jasmines in Salta — we participate in Relais & Châteaux and Slow Food International’s Food for Change 2025 campaign, which brings together nature, community, and education with a single purpose: sowing life for future generations.
Tree planting: cultivating hope
Through the “Plant Your Tree” initiative of Food for Change 2025, we invite our guests to take part in a simple yet powerful action: planting native and fruit trees that regenerate the soil and protect biodiversity.
Each guest can contribute any amount they wish for the planting of their tree, and these contributions will be directed to educational projects in neighboring schools with which we collaborate throughout the year, such as English classes.
Additionally, the harvested fruits will also be donated to these schools, strengthening the connection between nature, hospitality, and community.
Organic gardens: from the garden to the table
At our estates, the organic gardens are the green heart that nourishes our kitchens with fresh, seasonal, and chemical-free produce. This practice is part of a comprehensive, long-term vision that seeks to harmonize excellence and sustainability.
More than just a cultivation space, our gardens reflect a holistic philosophy: respecting the land, caring for resources, and promoting authentic gastronomy that honors the essence of Argentine rural life.
Thus, our participation in Plant Your Tree is not an isolated action, but a natural continuation of our daily commitment to the environment and local communities.
